While I love new and exciting makeup trends, I never really fully accepted the purple lips. Though I had clients purchasing purple lipsticks, I was still on the fence. So recently, I decided to explore the purple shades of lipsticks in my collection and see how they pan out. I don’t know about you, but I am just fine with a light sweep of sheer purple colour. Tell me what you think.

For the eyes, I used NK Purple shimmer eyeliner
For the lips, I alternated between Sleek Mulberry lipstick, “Purple Haze” lip gloss and FM purple lip liner.

I honestly do not think everyone can rock the deep purple lips making rave as it does not suit every one. So, be true to yourself and go for a much more lighter shade of purple.
