After bathing your child, moisturize his or her body and crush just one children vitamin C and apply the crushed powder over the rash. I use children Vitamin C because it’s just 100mg. The rash would have cleared by end of the day or the following day.

3. Apple cider vinegar Apple cider vinegar clears acne and rash very fast! Usually, I would take my cotton pad and soak it with the apple cider vinegar which I apply over the rash. I do not rinse out or moisturize the rash area. By evening, the rash was gone.
